How & When Products Are Delivered

Estimated delivery time: within 60 seconds of confirmed payment. All products sold by Sandeep Anand — Global Leaders Hub are digital products delivered electronically. There are no physical goods, no shipping carriers, and no delivery wait times.

Upon successful payment, delivery occurs as follows:

• Delivery time: Instant — typically within 60 seconds of payment confirmation
• Delivery method: Email download link sent to the address provided at checkout, plus access via your Topmate account dashboard
• Delivery cost: Free — no shipping or delivery fee is charged on any product
• Delivery coverage: Worldwide — digital delivery is available to all countries globally
• Delivery format: PDF and/or ePub files for guides and playbooks; video access links for courses; video call links for coaching sessions

If your confirmation email has not arrived within 10 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log in directly to topmate.io using the email address you used at checkout — your purchase will be visible there.

Our No-Refund Policy

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued for any digital product — including PDF guides, interview playbooks, video courses, and any other downloadable content — once payment is confirmed and access is granted.

We encourage you to review the full product description, included contents, and sample material (where available) before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, email us at connect@sandeepanand.in before purchasing and we will help you decide.

Refund Eligibility

1:1 Coaching Session Policy

Coaching and advisory sessions booked via Topmate are a time-based service. Once a session is completed, the service has been fully rendered and no refund is issued under any circumstance.

• Completed sessions: non-refundable — service fully rendered
• Cancellation 24+ hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free reschedule at your choice
• Cancellation within 24 hours of the session: reschedule only — no cash refund
• No-show without prior notice: forfeited — the session slot and coach’s time are non-recoverable
• Technical issues on our end (platform failure, connectivity on Sandeep’s side): full replacement session at no charge, rescheduled at your convenience

To cancel or reschedule, email connect@sandeepanand.in with your booking reference as early as possible. We are always happy to reschedule — we just ask for reasonable advance notice.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

If you are looking for physical books authored by Sandeep Anand, these are available on Amazon and are fulfilled directly by Amazon under their own shipping and returns policy. Global Leaders Hub has no involvement in the fulfilment, shipping, or returns of Amazon-sold titles.

Failed & Disputed Payments

If your payment fails during checkout, no charge is applied and no product access is granted. Please retry with a different payment method or contact your bank.

If you believe you have been charged without receiving product access, please email us immediately at connect@sandeepanand.in with your transaction ID. We resolve all delivery failures within 2 business days — by granting access or issuing a full refund in cases where delivery cannot be completed.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us directly may delay resolution. We always prefer to resolve issues directly and quickly.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made through this website or via Topmate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

For international buyers, local consumer protection laws may also apply in addition to the above. This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
